General Manager
An Indiana resident and Cincinnati native, Adam Dupps comes to Masterleo with 14 years of experience in instrumentation and controls. He has degrees in Electro-Mechanical Engineering and Organizational Leadership as well as a Master of Business Administration from Ball State University. Adam’s first exposure to the sanitary processing industry was as a Field Service Engineer for an instrumentation manufacturer. Since then, he has prided himself on serving clients with honesty and integrity while solving the problems facing sanitary processors.
In his position as general manager, Adam oversees the overall operations, strategy, and performance of Masterleo. His goal is to improve communications, customer satisfaction, and remove barriers to his team’s success. Adam also has a long-term focus on building sales and marketing strategies to drive sustainable growth for Masterleo, all while improving the customer experience.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, and fishing. When they moved to Bright, Indiana in 2014, Adam and his wife started an orchard together. He would love to hear about some old apple or pear tree on someone’s farm or abandoned in a field somewhere and hopes to rediscover old heirloom varieties.
