Originally from a steel mill town near Johnstown, Pennsylvania, Rick developed a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility that continue to define his approach today. He has extensive experience supporting customers in the food & beverage and pharmaceutical industries with instrumentation and audit service solutions and looks forward to expanding that support within the data center and utility markets.

Known for his honesty and collaborative mindset, he prioritizes solutions that align both technically and financially — even if that means recommending an alternative path. His focus is always on improving operations, strengthening quality programs, and building long-term partnerships rooted in trust.
Rick and his wife Valerie live in Maineville, Ohio. They enjoy traveling in their RV, spending time outdoors, and making memories with their four children and seven grandchildren. His life experiences have shaped a deep appreciation for resilience, service, and purpose — values he brings to every client relationship.
